My family usually eat at the steamboat restaurant directly opposite the one in the picture. Maybe the shop owner thought, "Hmm... Besides using this neon sign to promote my business, I can use it to send a 'message' to my next-door competitor!"
It has come to my attention that my blog layout is screwed up when viewed in Internet Explorer. I'll be using this default Blogger template in the meantime. Too damned lazy to make a new skin now. Cheers!
